Monday through Saturday: Boarding check-in is 8 AM – 3 PM, and pick-up is 10 AM – 3 PM or 7 PM – 8 PM. Grooming check-in is 8 AM – 1 PM by appointment. The Doghouse is closed on Sunday.

For boarding, dogs must be current on Rabies, routine vaccinations, and Bordetella. For grooming, current Rabies vaccination is required. Services may be refused if records are not provided.

Standard suites start at $40/night, with rates varying by suite size and breed. The Longhorn Luxury Suite is $70/night and requires a 50% deposit. A second dog in the same kennel is discounted. See the Boarding page for full pricing.

Bath and brush packages start at $35 for small dogs and scale by size. Full grooms start at $60 for small breeds. Add-ons such as de-shedding, teeth brushing, and nail grinding are available. See the Grooming page for full pricing.

Yes. Stays of 7 nights or more receive a 10% discount off the total boarding amount.

Yes. A $5/night surcharge applies during holiday periods for boarding.

Boarding deposits are refundable when canceled at least 72 hours before check-in. Cancellations inside 72 hours may result in deposit forfeiture. The Longhorn Luxury Suite requires a 50% deposit to reserve.

The Luxury Suite includes a private room, twin bed, raised cot, cozy chair, television, extra play session, daily photo update, and a bedtime treat. Only one Luxury Suite is available, so reserve early.
